03 - How We Expect Consultants to Work
The team at Universal Migrator supports over 200 data and document migrations every single month. These migrations are performed by consultants worldwide who are servicing law firms of different sizes with varying needs and requirements.
The training and materials provided are developed using best practices gleaned from our experience and the experience of our top partners. We want you to have the best experience possible and in order for that to happen, you will need to follow these best practices.
While we understand that your team may have existing migration experience, while you are in your probationary period, you will need to closely follow these best practices. If you have a situation that you believe warrants a variance from these procedures, please contact us in advance and we may be able to grant an exception.
Deviating from our best practices without approval while you are within your probationary period may result in expulsion from our program.
