Identifying Hardware Release Dates
CPU
On you PC, open windows Task Manager and click on the Performance tab.
When you do, you'll see a CPU listed like this:

If the processor is an Intel processor, go to
ark.intel.com an do a search for it:
You can then view the Launch Date for the processor:

Other Devices
For other devices and manufactures, you should visit the respective websites to determine the hardware's launch date.
