Connecting to MyCase: Special Permissions
In order to link Universal Migrator to a MyCase account, the following must all be true.
The Subscription Must Allow Integrations
Some MyCase plans (such as the Basic plan) do not allow integrations. The MyCase account must be on a subscription tier that allow integrations in order to connect.
The User must have All Permissions
Even if someone is an Admin, they might not have all permissions.
To configure this, in MyCase go to Firm Users Permission:
Then click on Edit Permissions for your user:
And ensure you have all permissions set.
The User must be a Master User
A MyCase support member must access the Admin Portal and ensure the user has the following settings set:
