Salesforce: Assigning Managed Packages
In Salesforce, even though a user may be an admin, they might not have permission to access all data - this is especially true for Salesforce Managed Packages (aka "Salesforce Apps").
To assign a user permissions to access data in a managed package, do the following:
1.  Log into Salesforce and click on Gear > Setup:
2.  On the left under Administration, select Users > Users > and then the account you want to manage.
3.  Scroll toward the bottom and look for Managed Packages.  Click Assign Licenses and assign any necessary access.
