MyCase Drive: Post-Migration Operations

Clear the MyCase Drive Cache
After a large migration of documents into MyCase, you should clear your MyCase Drive cache.  To do that, do the following:
  1. Click on the "Show More Icons" ^ in the system tray.
  2. Right-click on the MyCase Drive icon.
  3. Click on "Clear App Data"

Once you do that, click the "Clear App Data" button.
Please note that after clearing the cache, you may occasionally receive messages saying that a document or folder is not available.  If that happens, just wait a few seconds and try again.
